What are employer aptitude tests?

Employer aptitude tests are the assessments a specific company uses to screen candidates, usually a mix of numerical, verbal and logical reasoning alongside personality and situational judgement tests. Each employer chooses its own combination, so one company’s test can look very different from another’s.

What tests do employers use most?
