Atkins’ Graduate Development Programme is a three-year framework, designed to help graduates develop the skills and knowledge they need to progress their early careers and subsequently achieve professional registration (where appropriate).
The programme encompasses: a series of signature events and other core training modules; professional development; mentoring; and on-the-job experience.
The Atkins numerical reasoning test comprises of a series of questions relating to graphs, percentages and tables whereby you will be asked to analyse data and chose from a set of multiple choice answers. This type of tests is used to measure your numerical ability as well as graph and data interpretation.
There are usually between 20 and 25 questions to answer in timed conditions. Once you have received the link you will have 7 days to complete them.
The Atkins verbal reasoning test comprises of a series of paragraphs which you will be required to read and then answer questions. Your options will be True, False or Cannot Tell.
This test will be assessing your analytical, comprehension, language understanding and grammar skills, amongst others. These are also timed so practicing within a time limit is a good idea. . Once you have received the link you will have 7 days to complete them.
You’ll be given a written exercise where you will be given materials to read briefly prior to writing up a report. This will be to assess your written communication skills.
You’ll be expected to analyse the data and information given and then produce a written analysis and present your findings. There will then be a time for questions from the assessor so you will also be assessed on your presentation skills.
This is designed to test your people skills and how you work within a group. You will be required to provide possible solutions to a given problem regarding scenarios you may find in the organisation’s work place and usually related to the job role you are applying for.
You’ll be placed in groups and will be assessed on how you interact in groups. Make sure to find a happy balance between being dominating and passive. The solutions are not the most important part of the exercise, it is more about your performance in the group.

graphs were hard to read at the beginning of the test and at the last 2-3 questions I figured out that to be able to see the percentages precisely you need to put the mouse on them it would be nice to tell the people about it before the test
It was good but time constraint plays major role.
