Watson Glaser Critical Thinking

W-GCTA contains five sections designed to find out how good an individual is at analytical and logical reasoning and it measures ability to logically analyse assumptions, arguments, deductions, inferences and interpreting information. This will be taken again at the assessment centre and will be timed.

Group Exercise

You will be required to participate in group work. This is designed to test your people skills and how you work within a group. You will be required to provide possible solutions to a given problem regarding scenarios you may find in the organisation’s work place. You’ll be placed in groups and will be assessed on how you interact in groups. Make sure to find a happy balance between being dominating and passive. The assessors are looking for someone who can contribute but not take over.
