If you’re successful in your online assessments, you’ll partake in one or more additional interviews. It’s not uncommon to be interviewed by peers in the relevant team, and a panel made up of hiring managers and team leaders.
These interviews will focus more on job specifics, as well as going over key competencies and behaviours. Prepare for a mixture of question types and make sure to incorporate Saleforce’s core values into your answers.
