W-GCTA contains five sections designed to find out how good an individual is at analytical and logical reasoning and it measures ability to logically analyse assumptions, arguments, deductions, inferences and interpreting information.

 

Case Study

This exercise is used to test your analytical skills and problem solving abilities. You’ll be presented with information which you will be expected to read and analyse. The point of this is to test your ability to analyse information, reach conclusions and present your findings. You will be expected to produce a presentation on your findings and then answer questions on it afterwards. This will also test your presentation skills and how you handle answering questions under pressure. Ensure to read widely around the organisation and know all about the company and its values.
