Grant Thornton’s three-year graduate programme to take you on a journey from graduate to professionally qualified business adviser. They promise to pack in lots of learning and new experiences. Grant Thornton’s graduates will help them provide market leading business advice to support their clients’ growth.
You will be asked a number of questions about you, your background and your visa requirements. It should take 20 - 30 minutes to complete.
Grant Thornton will outline the strengths their looking for and will ask you a series of strengths-based questions to reveal whether you have them. It will take about 35 minutes and you’ll hear back within 5 days. If you are successful, you’ll be invited to the online Grant Thornton community.
The next stage will involve a video interview which is a series of pre-recorded questions that you’ll be required to answer. This can be done on any digital equipment with a front facing camera but obviously recommend a laptop / tablet over your phone as it will make the result more professional.
