Grant Thornton Assessments
You will be asked a number of questions about you, your background and your visa requirements. It should take 20 – 30 minutes to complete.
Grant Thornton will outline the strengths their looking for and will ask you a series of questions to reveal whether you have them. It will take about 35 minutes and you’ll hear back within 5 days. If you are successful, you’ll be invited to the online Grant Thornton community.
The next stage will involve a video interview which is a series of pre-recorded questions that you’ll be required to answer. This can be done on any digital equipment with a front facing camera but obviously recommend a laptop / tablet over your phone as it will make the result more professional. Tips for preparing for Grant Thornton’s digital interview can be found in their online hub. The interview should take about 45 minutes to complete and you’ll hear back within 7 days of completion.
Final Round Assessment Day
You will be given a series of tests and exercises to help Grant Thornton learn more about you. There will also be sections of the day for Grant Thornton to teach you about them and their graduate program so you can decide if you’re a good fit.
