Founder, Practice Aptitude Tests

Guy Thornton

Guy founded Practice Aptitude Tests in 2011 to help candidates prepare for the assessments employers set, after going through graduate recruitment himself. More than 20 million tests have been taken on the platform since. He writes the guides that explain how each assessment works and what employers are looking for, and is the author of Playing the Graduate Game, a 2011 guide to applications, psychometric tests and assessment centres.

The tests themselves are built to frameworks designed with chartered occupational psychologists. Guy writes the guides around them. More on how our tests are built.
