What do I get with Pro?
Every package in every catalogue: aptitude, personality, publisher, employer and industry. Full worked solutions and explanations on every question, performance tracking on your dashboard, and the tips, guides and resources. Access starts the moment you pay.
What is in the free tier?
One free test in every format, with the solutions and explanations for those tests, basic performance tracking and the tips and resources. It is there so you can see what you are buying before you buy it, and it needs no card.
What does it cost?
Two ways to pay for the same access. The annual plan is one payment for twelve months, and costs less than two months at the monthly rate. The monthly plan runs month to month and you can stop it whenever you like. The prices above are shown in your own currency.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. A subscription renews at the end of each period, monthly or annual, and is charged for the next period unless you cancel first. Cancel at any point before the renewal date and you will not be charged again.
How do I cancel?
From the settings page of your account, in one click. Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. If you would rather we did it, email support@practiceaptitudetests.com.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
By card, through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Fees are payable in advance for the period you choose.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, for individual customers, within 30 days of purchase. We refund in full where a technical fault on our side kept you out of your account and we could not fix it within 48 hours, or where our tests differ significantly from the real ones. Requests are answered within five business days. The full terms set out what is and is not covered.
