Step 1: Know your objectives
The target of the verbal reasoning test is your Language. A verbal reasoning test taken in the English language is focused on assessing your ability to handle, understand, and interpret your English. The boundaries of a verbal reasoning test also include assessment of judgment, intelligence, and decisiveness.
Step 2: Know the type of test you’re going to take
All verbal reasoning tests aren’t same. The criteria which verbal reasoning test assesses are similar but not the same. You may try to know about the developing company of your test, which may be Talent Q or Saville or any other one. Its best for you if you practice the tests of the same company. You can ask your employer about the testing company. It’s pretty fair to know about that.

The field is vast, and it takes time to get a firm grip on it. Learn from the mistakes you make in every practice attempt and try to be quick to answer the questions.
Step 4: Learn about how to attempt verbal reasoning tests
While attempting a verbal reasoning test, you will get a passage containing ideas, information, and situations. You have to analyze the passage and testify the statements in the following against true, false, or cannot say. You will declare a statement TRUE only if you consider it to be correct and in compliance with the data provided in the passage. If you are sure that the statement does not comply with the passage or the idea is incorrect, then you choose FALSE as your answer. If you find the information insufficient to comment true or false, then you go for CANNOT SAY.
Step 5: Check your performance before test
Practice solved example. Look for answers to know our performance. Make a graph or chart to know how good or bad you attempted. Keep practicing till you are satisfied with the results.
Step 6: A day before test
After you have done your homework completely, make yourself comfortable for test. Give your mind a break and have an enough sleep. Don’t think much before the exam. On the day of test, try to reach earlier and find your seat.
Step 7: Solving the test
Read all the instructions carefully. Solve the questions as you have done during your practice and do your best.
Step 8: Follow up
Wait for the result. Till then, follow up your employers to know about your capabilities and inabilities. Work hard for next time, if you fail to meet their criteria.
