16PF Personality Test
The 16PF is a leading personality test that is popular amongst employers. It was developed by Raymond B Cattell and provides a measure of a normal personality. The idea is that an individual’s personality can be summarised into 16 personality elements. These include:

The general format consists of 185 multiple-choice questions and is untimed. Each question will be a statement that you will be asked to rate on a scale from “strongly agree” to “strongly disagree”. It can be completed via pen and paper, as well as on a computer.
The questions ask about every specific, day-to-day scenarios to determine your daily interests, behaviours and opinions. This helps employers gage your current and potential capabilities
